Welcome to Second Grade -We are working hard here in second grade! We just finished learning about our bodies and the kids had an exciting time learning about themselves!  We are currently working on our reading strategies and fluency.  In Math, we are practicing our addition facts to 18.  We will also be starting subtraction.  Please be helping your children at home with their addition and subtraction facts! -We will also be studying Indians, Pilgrims, and the history of Thanksgiving! Please remember that our field trip is November 9th! Thanksgiving Holidays are  November November 23-25
