Water Aerobic Classes

Water Aerobics is for everyone. Anyone wanting to improve balance, strength, endurance and range of motion, water aerobics may be what your looking for. This is a medium to high intensity class geared toward building muscle strength by using the resistance of the water. The instrctor is Cindy Hawkins and can be reached at 832-969-2224 for more information.

Class Times

Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:45-7:45 p.m.

Class Sessions and Fees

August 20-29 (4 Classes) Cost = $20.00

September 5-26 (7 Classes) = $35.00

October 1-29 (9 Classes) = $45.00

November 5-28 (7 Classes) = $35.00

December 3-12 (4 Classes) = $20.00

We must have a minimum of 5 participants in order to offer the classes and there are no refunds if you do not attend. Sign up at the front desk of the natatorium during regular scheduled hours of operation. Those taking the class must sign a waiver of liability and if you can not swim you are required to wear a cerified floation device.

Class dates are subject to change based on the availability of the instructor.
